Operations Team

The AHC-OER maintains a list of the University of Minnesota campus partners who form an Operations Team to address individual health emergencies. The members of the Operations Team are determined based upon the preparedness and response needs of each situation.

For each emergency, a tactical plan is developed to ensure effective response actions, communication and coordination. AHC-OER maintains tactical plan templates based on previous incidents (including H1N1, Ebola, and measles).
